Bye-bye Later!

Procrastinate. I believe you’ve all heard ‘bout this term. It’s a condition when you postpone something, it may be your duties, tasks, or even promises that should be done at that time. You feel like have some other time to complete them, say doing your paper, then you choose to do not-so-important-yet-tempting-stuffs like instagraming, browsing, chatting, or even stalking :p, while you ignore the facts that it’s a very time consuming things.

You keen on doing that matter ‘cause you simply say to yourself ’I’ll do these first, then i’ll start doing my work later.’ As one, two, or three hours passed by, you just realized how time flies so damn fast until finally you have the intention to do your paper. But things turn into complex when you suddenly realized that you have something else to be done too. Then now, you have two things that should be done in a same time.

Getting more familiar with this condition? :p

Yap. As you start to realize that you should do your first work, the other work appear. You feel like do not have any later, complete it in one-night-show, feeling that hurry and asking to yourself ‘why on earth this evil-yet-bossy lecturer come up with so many work to be done?’ you start to blame the others while the fact said that you yourself, the one that should be blamed on all over this condition.

When hectic attacks you because your deadline’s getting closer and closer...

You end up sleeping doing yours as simple as you can, you’re doing your task not that thoroughly and feeling run out of time. If you’re lucky enough you’ll catch the deadline, while if it is not, you lose that. That’s suck.

If you re-run your time back again, you’ll find what make you turn into this : a procrastination. You do not do what priority should be done, you do the other things, mostly tempting things-the one which time consuming but pleasing-hence your core duties suddenly fumed. At the very end, you’re getting closer with your deadline and hurriedly complete it-if it’s still possible. For some people, doing the task in  a very close time from the deadline may be challenging, but for the rest it isn’t.

But, how long does this habit last?

Think again.

At the end, procrastination is not a good habit. If we have the time to do something right at that time, just do it. Temporarily forget ‘the later permission’ will be wise enough to complete our duties, tasks, and even promises ahead. It may be not that easy, but at least try. Try to do what should be done right now. Simply remember ‘just do it and bye-bye later.’ (:
